Anche quest’anno il calendario degli Internazionali MX prevede tre Round, e le piste selezionate riproducono un vero e proprio banco di prova per i piloti di MXGP ed MX2. E altrettanto significativo lo è per i Team, che devono testare e raccogliere le informazioni circa la competitività dei loro mezzi, prova ne è la lunga serie di pass tecnici rilasciati direttamente a nominativi delle case madri, sia europee che giapponesi.

Partenza Riola edizione 2015
|
Le location, come accade ormai da diverse stagioni, formano un ideale “giro d’Italia”, che parte dalla Sardegna, sulla ormai famosa tremenda pista di sabbia di Riola Sardo (OR), per poi trasferirsi in “continente”. Prima approderà sui saliscendi della bellissima pista romana di Malagrotta, da sempre base dell’otto volte iridato Tony Cairoli e del Team De Carli ed infine nell’inferno di sabbia della pista “South-Milan”, l’ultra-moderno impianto di Ottobiano (PV), dove sarà incoronato il Campione degli Internazionali MX 2017.
Sempre tre le categorie in gara: la 125, riservata alle ottavo di litro dei più giovani, la MX2 e la MX1; queste ultime due daranno poi vita agli entusiasmanti duelli delle Superfinali in chiusura di giornata, quelle a cui è riservato il favoloso montepremi in palio: €120.000,00!!
Nota tecnica importante: i piloti potranno testare per la prima volta in gara le griglie di partenza introdotte nel regolamento 2017 dalla F.I.M./Youthstream.

Campione cl Elite 2016 – Evgeny Bobryshev
|
Lunghissimo e di grande prestigio, come ogni anno, l’elenco iscritti per tutto il Campionato che prende il via con la prima prova da Riola Sardo (OR). Attualmente sono il meglio dei nomi del Mondiale MXGP, come quello del Campione del Mondo in carica, Tim Gajser e del suo compagno nel Team Honda HRC Evgeny Bobryshev, Campione in carica della classe Elite degli Internazionali. Oltre ai due alfieri HRC, saranno presenti anche le due Honda di Alessandro Lupino e Valentin Guillod, in sella alle CRF 450 gestite dal team Assomotor. Presente al via anche lo squadrone KTM Factory, che schiererà tutti e tre i piloti ufficiali: l’otto volte Campione del Mondo Tony Cairoli, il suo compagno di squadra Glenn Coldenhoff, il tre volte iridato in MX2 Jeffrey Herlings ed il pilota del Team Marcheti, José Butron. A difendere i colori della Factory Yamaha ci saranno i due piloti ufficiali del team Rinaldi, Romain Febvre, Campione del Mondo MXGP 2015, e Jeremy Van Horebeek, Campione della MX1 agli Internazionali del 2016, oltre all’iridato 2008 David Philippaerts, in sella alla YZF 450 gestita dalla suo stesso team. Ad affiancarli anche il binomio del team Wilvo Yamaha composto da Shaun Simpson e Arnaud Tonus. Presenti al cancelletto, gli alfieri del team Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing, Gautier Paulin e Max Anstie, insieme con Max Nagl, proveranno ad inserirsi nella lotta fra campioni del mondo. In pista anche le Husqvarna del Team Ottobiano, con i due esperti rider Tannel Leok e Rui Gonçalves, oltre agli sloveni Irt e Gercar e ad una nutrita pattuglia di piloti azzurri.

Campione MX2 2016 – Michele Cervellin

In MX2 il Campione in carica degli Internazionali MX2, Michele Cervellin, sarà al via in sella alla 250 ufficiale gestita dalla HRC e dovrà vedersela con l’alfiere della TM Factory, Samuele Bernardini, che guiderà la pattuglia degli sfidanti in sella alla moto pesarese. In pista anche le Yamaha ufficiali preparate dal Team Kemea, con Brent Van Doninck e Benoit Paturel ed il giovane Roan Van De Moosdijk del team DP19. KTM schiererà i suoi due piloti ufficiali Pauls Jonass e Jorge Prado, oltre al trio olandese della squadra HSF Logistic, formato da Davy Potijes, Brian Boogers e Calvin Vlaanderen. Presenti al via anche la giovane promessa azzurra Joakin Furbetta, il pilota del team Marchetti Ivo Monticelli e Davide Cislaghi, tutti su KTM, mentre il Team Ottobiano farà debuttare sulla Husqvarna lo spagnolo Larranaga.

In 125 la pattuglia dei giovani azzurri è numerosissima; Raffaele Giuzio, Andrea Zanotti e Alessandro Facca, sono solo alcuni dei nomi che saranno al via con le KTM, mentre con le Husqvarna ci saranno Alessandro Manucci e Gianluca Facchetti, pronti a dare battaglia per aggiudicarsi il titolo della classe cadetta, sfidando i numerosi piloti stranieri presenti al via.

Grande la copertura mediatica che sarà riservata alle tre gare in calendario, con il meglio della stampa settoriale nazionale ed estera presente a bordo pista, la partecipazione delle grandi testate sportive nazionali del Corriere dello Sport Stadio e della Gazzetta dello Sport, oltre alla diretta streaming delle gare MX2, MX1, 125cc. ed Elite per un totale di 3 ore e mezza a gara e a una continua diffusione di notizie tramite web e social media.

“THE CHALLENGE OF THE CENTURY”

| The wait for what promises to be the most incredible MXGP season of all time is about to end. The great confrontation has been never seen before the start of the Italian Motocross Championship, because that is where they will face for the first time on the track, in 450 class, the World Champions of MXGP of the last three years, Cairoli, and Febvre Gajser, with three times World Champion MX2 Jeffrey Herlings.
And then, all the Italian crowds will see, in “world premiere”, the exclusive start of this long confrontation, which can be considered “THE CHALLENGE OF THE CENTURY”!
This year the calendar of the Internazionali MX has three Round, and the tracks selected reproduce an important test for the MXGP and MX2 riders. And just as significant it is for the teams, which have to test and gather information about the competitiveness of their machines. The demonstration of this is the long series of technical passes issued directly to the manufacturer, all, European and Japanese for their team members.
The location, as has been the case for several seasons, creating a perfect “Giro d’Italia”, which starts from Sardinia, on the now famous tremendous sandy track of Riola Sardo (OR), and then moved to “the continent.” First will land on the ups and downs of the beautiful Roman track of Malagrotta, always being base of the eight times world champion Tony Cairoli and the De Carli Team and finally into the hell of sand of the track “South-Milan”, the ultra-modern facility of Ottobiano (PV), where will be crowned the Champion of the Internazionali MX 2017.
There will be three categories in competition: the 125, reserved for the eighth of a litre of the youngest, the MX2 and the MX1; the latter two then will dispute the superfinals at the end of the day, those that where competing for the fabulous prize money: € 120,000.00 !!
Important technical note: the riders will test for the first time in the race, the grids introduced in the 2017 Regulation by F.I.M./Youthstream.
Long and prestigious, as every year, the list of starters for the entire Championship which kicks off with the first round from Riola Sardo (OR). The best of the World MXGP names, such as the World Champion in charge, Tim Gajser and his team mate in HRC Honda, Evgeny Bobryshev, reigning Champion of the Internazionali Elite class. In addition to the two HRC riders, there will also on track the two Honda of Alessandro Lupino and Valentin Guillod, riding the CRF 450 managed by Assomotor team. On track even the Husqvarna of the Team Ottobiano, with the two experienced riders Leok Tannel and Rui Gonçalves and the Slovenians Irt and Gercar and a large patrol of Italian riders.
In MX2 class, the reigning champion, Michele Cervellin, will ride the 250 factory bike managed by HRC and will have to contend with the TM Factory rider, Samuele Bernardini, who will lead the patrol of the challengers on the Italian bike. On track we will have also the factory Yamaha prepared by Kemea Team, with Brent Van Doninck and Benoit Paturel and the young gun Roan Van De Moosdijk of the DP19 team. KTM will field its two race drivers Pauls Jonass and Jorge Prado, besides the Dutch trio of HSF Logistics team, formed by Davy Potijes, Brian Boogers and Calvin Vlaanderen. Great media coverage will be given to the three races, with the best of the national and international press on track, the coverage of the biggest national sports newspapers like Corriere dello Sport Stadio and the Gazzetta dello Sport, as well as the live streaming of the MX2, MX1, 125cc. and Elite races for a total of 3 and a half hours. Plenty of information will be given through the web and social media. |
