Cancelado el 68 Rally Costa Brava
Por orden directa de la Secretaria General de l’Esport de la Generalitat de Catalunya queda cancelado el 68 Rally Costa Brava. Tras la reunión mantenida por Protección Civil de Catalunya (PROCICAT) con las máximas autoridades del país, Gerard Figueras, secretari general de l’Esport, ha comunicado a Alex Romaní, presidente de RallyClassics, la cancelación de la carrera por la imperativa necesidad de destinar todos los efectivos sanitarios y de orden público a la situación que vive el país en la contención de la pandemia de coronavirus (COVID-19).
Esta misma mañana se había presentado la prueba en el Pont de Pedra de Girona, la comunicación de cancelación del Rally Costa Brava ha llegado alrededor de las 14.30 horas.
RallyClassics lamenta profundamente los inconvenientes que este hecho pueda ocasionar a pilotos y equipos y agradece a todos los voluntarios el ingente trabajo realizado hasta hoy mismo.

The 68 Rally Costa Brava, cancelled
By direct order of the General Secretary of Sports of the Generalitat de Catalunya, the 68 Rally Costa Brava has been cancelled. After the meeting held by the Civil Protection of Catalonia (PROCICAT) with the highest authorities in the country, Gerard Figueras, Secretary General of l’Esport, has communicated to Alex Romaní, President of RallyClassics, the cancellation of the race due to the imperative need to allocate all health and law enforcement personnel to the situation in the country in the containment of the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19).
This morning the test had been presented at the Pont de Pedra in Girona, the cancellation communication of the Costa Brava Rally has arrived around 14:30.
RallyClassics deeply regrets the inconvenience that this fact may cause to pilots and teams and thanks all the volunteers for the enormous work done up to today.
