Almost ready to start for the great adventure Dakar 2024”

Crew Beppe Simonato, Alessio Bentivoglio and Angelino Fumagalli almost ready for incoming Dakar 2024. The personal preparations are finished and now it’s just a wait to leave for the race immediately after Christmas.

Tecnosport team all together will leave Milan Malpensa airport by fly the December 31st afternoon direction Paris where in the evening many of Italian Dakar competitors will start always by plane for Yanbu the final destination in Saudi Arabia for all competitors.

Here they will find all vehicles at the port and where they pick up them then heading towards the first Bivouac placed near the city of Alula for the days before the start of the rally.

#910 rally truck Iveco “Musone” named “ Jack the Pirate” needs to be complete with last technical work first of all to mount new evolution race shocks. Alessio Bentivoglio race mechanic and the other mechanics of Tecnosport team will complete all that.

The bivouac of Alula will be a great Rally Village where all competitors, teams, organization people, journalists and everyone related to the rally will prepare the last things before the start of the rally in the days from 1 to 4 January.

Less than 20 trucks more 70 cars will be the protagonist of the category Classic Dakar which will give rise to a heated battle to excel in the most difficult rally in the world.

Our Tecnosport crews (one truck more 7 cars) intend to play a leading role in the rally.

#910 Iveco Musone is not only very aggressive and nice as image, but really more competitive considering the great technical rebuilt made by Iveco Orecchia in the last months. Total rehaul the engine, the axles and of the braking and pneumatic systems as well as the updating of the entire electrical system. To be consider the evolution also for the lay out of the repainting of the cab and details of the truck as the new wheels new blue electric Iveco.

ZF for a complete control and maintenance of the gear box and transfer box

Trasmec to rebuilt as new the transmission shafts

BSA for the new suspensions

Sparco about all technical motorsport accessories of the cabin and for the crew

Panaro with their very useful cases rear on the tarpaulin

TWL Logistic that manage all transport of the truck in Italy and everywhere

Bontà Garage and Officine Meccaniche del Poggino that managed the cabin set up

Don’t forget the very important activity of BTS graphic design idea and Garage 243 that wrap all the truck and the helmet of Beppe Simonato the pilot

Last but not least the important work behind the scenes of Gealife World that manage some important organizational aspects and the sportwear for all Tecnosport team.
