| Two wins, an additional podium finish and consistent points scoring throughout the season laid the foundation for Kessel Racing to securing the GT Championship in the Asian Le Mans Series 2025/2026. But in the dramatic season finale, luck ultimately played its part as Kessel Racing secured the Asian Le Mans Series GT Championship title.
The final race delivered high drama from start to finish. After lining up P4 on the grid, the race was red-flagged shortly after the first hour following a major collision between the Kessel Racing Ferrari #15 and the LMP2 entry from Algarve Pro Racing. Thankfully, all drivers involved escaped unharmed and were taken to the medical centre for precautionary checks.

Following the restart behind the Safety Car, the #74 Ferrari 296 GT3 encountered further setbacks when an error during the pass-around procedure resulted in a drive-through penalty, dropping the car to the back of the field.
However, a determined recovery drive from the Kessel Racing crew saw the #74 Ferrari fight its way back through the pack to finish in 9th place, a result that proved sufficient to clinch the Asian Le Mans Series GT Championship by 24 points.
The Asian Le Mans Series GT Championship not only marks a landmark success for Kessel Racing and ist drivers Dustin Blattner, Dennis Marschall and Chris Lulham, but also secures the team a second entry into the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans. The achievement crowns a season defined by resilience, consistency and relentless performance under pressure, reinforcing the Swiss squad’s position on the international endurance racing stage.
