Internazionali d’Italia Motocross 2011 Goldentyre Series The long weekend of Motocross Faenza (RA), 17th March, and Cingoli (MC), 20th March, A spectacular weekend of great races

The exceptional cold wave, which has made kneel down Marche and Emilia Romagna regions, has passed and so Motocross Internazionali d’Italia championship can start again. It will re-start with the second Round, next Thursday 17th March from Faenza (RA), the national holiday to celebrate the Italy’s Unification 150th anniversary. So, it has been a long awaiting for all the fans, who will get their satisfaction from the participation of the best team of the world championship.

Clearly, the challenge will be renewed among the great riders of the motocross on two wonderful tracks, which has been notably and largely renewed for such an event. In fact both “Monte Coralli” crossdome of Faenza (RA) and “G. Tittoni” of Cingoli, had been changed by a proper re-styling. In both the structures, the track has been completely re-made in comparison with the old conformation, in order to emphasize the competitiveness and the show during races, through new series of obstacles and structural innovations, able to surprise the most expert riders, who have already raced on such tracks.

From the point of view of the participation there will be no significant changements in the entry list, for the re-start of this 2011 edition of Internazionali d’Italia. Surely for the Elite class, Philippaerts (Yamaha Factory Monster) will confirm his great form showed in Round#1, which had seen him winning, thanks to the first and third places obtained during the two Finals. In the mud of “Santa Barbara”, he granted a great performance, which should be continued looking at the world championship. Even his team-mates will be motivated as well:Frossard would like to repeat the victory in Final #2, while Paulin is ready to fight with his 250cc. 4 strokes bike, in order to rescue the forced withdraw of the second final, also because of the opportunity, given by the rule, to discard such a kind of result as the worse in the view of the championship classification. The will to rescue will not be missing for the two riders of Red Bull Teka KTM Factory Racing Team, the world champion Cairoli and the German rider Nagl: it will be very important for both of them to find the right rhythm of the race, having already showed to be fast and competitive. Finally Strijbos (Suzuki Delta Racing) will aim to jump again on the podium in the Elite class, after having showed to be able to be ready to race among the top-riders. Ready to improve the result obtained during Round#1, respectively a fourth and a fifth place, will be also the Italian rider Monni (Honda Salucci Racing) and Guarneri (Kawasaki Rockstar BUDracing Lovemytime) and the Portuguese rider Goncalves (Honda World Motocross).

In the Under17 Class there are many riders, who are eager to join the fight between Zecchina (Suzuki Castellari) and Bernardini ( KTM Maglia Azzurra), starting from the Swiss rider Seewer (Suzuki), Frosali (Florence MX Husqvarna), Vitaliani (KTM), Moroni (KTM Steels DR. Jack), and finishing with Bonini (Husqvarna). In this class there are many interesting issues, as the future champions confront each other, at the presence of today’s champions, who represent the models to face with, in order to complete their sports and technical growth. The await is beginning to be too long and the Championship entry list makes all the followers of this sport be impatient, looking forward to enjoy the pleasure of these great motocross competitions and such announced protagonists guarantee pure entertainment.
