Internazionali d’Italia Motocross 2017 Selle Dalla Valle Series – CAIROLI PIGLIA TUTTO!

Si chiudono ad Ottobiano gli Internazionali d’Italia MX Selle Dalla Valle Series 2017. Un edizione da record quella di quest’anno, con il plateau di iscritti più prestigioso di sempre, un pubblico accorso in massa a tutti i round ed una copertura mediatica senza precedenti. Il terzo ed ultimo round della serie internazionale ha visto trionfare Antonio Cairoli (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing team), che si è aggiudicato sia la il titolo della MX1 che quello della Elite, conquistando il premio di 50.000€. In MX2 il nuovo campione della classe è Jorge Garcia Prado (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing team), che vince anche lo speciale Just1 hole-shot Award per il maggior numero di partenze in testa; mentre Gianluca Facchetti (Husqvarna Maddii) si aggiudica la classifica della 125.

Podio Elite

Grande spettacolo nella classe Elite, riservata ai più forti della MX2 e della MX1 e ai primi sei della stessa classifica. Antonio Cairoli, partito in terza posizione si getta all’inseguimento della prima piazza occupata da Van Horebeek (Monster Energy Yamaha Factory), conquistandola nel corso del terzo passaggio e mantenendo la posizione fino al traguardo, tagliato con un consistente vantaggio sul belga, che chiude precedendo Josè Butron (KTM Marchetti Racing Team), terzo e Romain Febvre, che chiude quarto in rimonta, dopo aver passato nel finale uno strepitoso Jorge Prado (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing team), che chiude quinto. La classifica della classe Elite vede Cairoli vincere con 240 punti, davanti a Van Horebeek a quota 200, terzo Febvre a 145, Gajser quarto a 140 e Butron quinto a 130.

Van Horebeek cl MX1

Nella Mx1 succede di tutto con Cairoli che si aggiudica il Just1 hole-shot, partendo davanti a tutti, il siciliano commette un piccolo errore e cede il passo a Van Horebeek (Monster Energy Yamaha Factory), mentre alle sue spalle Jeffrey Herlings (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing team), finisce rovinosamente a terra, coinvolgendo nella caduta Tim Gajser (Honda HRC MXGP), che però riparte attardato, mentre l’olandese deve ritirarsi. Van Horebeek allunga, favorito anche dal contatto tra Bobryshev (Honda HRC MXGP) e Cairoli, che finiscono in terra. Al traguardo il belga vince la prima manche dell’anno precedendo nell’ordine Cairoli e Bobryshev. La classifica finale vede Cairoli campione della classe MX1 con 340 punti su Van Horebeek 320 e Bobryshev a 200.

Jorge Garcia Prado cl MX2

In MX2 prova straordinaria di Michele Cervellin, il veneto parte male, lontano dalla prima posizione di Jorge Garcia Prado (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing Team), autore dell’hole-shot Just1, ma con una formidabile rimonta recupera sui suoi avversari e li passa uno dopo l’altro, fino a prendere il comando delle operazioni nel corso del decimo giro, quando passa Prado e si invola verso il traguardo vittorioso. il pilota del team Honda HRC MX2 sale sul primo gradino del podio precedendo Prado e Samuele Bernardini (TM Factory) terzo. La classifica della MX2 vede Prado primo con 300 punti su Cervellin a 280 e Brian Bogers (HSF Logistic Motorsport Team) a 165.

Podio Cl 125

In 125 ottima giornata per Mikkel Haarup (Husqvarna Ice One), che con due primi posti conquista una bella vittoria. Sul secondo gradino del podio sale Gianluca Facchetti (Husqvarna Maddii), due volte secondo, mentre è terzo di giornata, con due quarti posti, Rene Hofer (Kini KTM Junior Racing). Il campione della 125 è Facchetti con 1340 punti, secondo il suo compagno di squadra Alessandro Manucci (Huqvarna Maddii) a quota 979 e terzo Emilio Scuteri (Celestini KTM) a 695.

Last round of the Internazionali d’Italia MX Selle Dalla Valle 2017 today in Ottobiano. A record-breaking edition, with the most prestigious entry list of riders of all time, a fantastic amount of public to all round and a never seen media coverage. The third and final round of the international series was dominated by Antonio Cairoli (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing Team), who was awarded the title of both the MX1 and the elite classes, winning the prize of 50,000 €. In MX2 the new champion of the class is Jorge Prado Garcia (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing Team), which also won the special Just1 hole-shot Award for the highest number of departures in front; while Gianluca Facchetti (Husqvarna Maddii) won the ranking of the 125cc class.

 

Great show in the Elite class, reserved for the strongest MX2 and MX1 riders and the first six of the Elite standings. Prado lead the ranking of the MX2 with 300 points out of Cervellin with 280 and Brian Bogers (HSF Logistics Motorsport Team) third with 165.
