“Furius Baco” ride takes off pressure ahead of last round of 2009 SuperMoto season |
SALOU (SPAIN), 13 November 2009 – One day before the final Grand Prix of 2009 kicks off at Port Aventura, the SuperMoto racers paid a visit to Spain’s biggest amusement park and got to try the “Furius Baco” rollercoaster. A healthy group of World and European SuperMoto Championship riders got the change to pay an exclusive visit to the Port Aventura amusement park, which opened just for them during the afternoon. The group discovering Port Aventura Most of the riders got the chance to try one of the park’s main attractions in the likes of a super fast rollercoaster, the “Furius Baco”. This machine is capable of accelerating from 0 to 135 kph in just three seconds, something the riders did enjoy ahead of their last Grand Prix of the 2009 season. Among those who attended this visit to Port Aventura where Thierry Van Den Bosch, Thomas Chareyre, Eddy Seel, Francesc Cucharrera, Davide Gozzini, Andrea Occhini, Gerald Delepine, Matthew Winstanley, Lionel Deridder, Edgardo Borella, Fabrizio Bartolini, Paolo Gaspardone, Teo Monticelli, Massimiliano Porfiri and former GP winner Max Manzo.
