FIM SuperMoto World Championship – 2009 calendar updated
FUNCHAL (PORTUGAL), 18 August 2009 The calendar of the 2009 FIM SuperMoto World Championship has undergone the following modifications.
The Grand Prix of Spain set to happen in Granada on the September 27 weekend is cancelled.
The Greek Grand Prix and the SuperMoto of Nations have swapped dates, with the event in Greece now happening on the October 18 weekend (venue Tba) and the SMoN happening in Pleven, Bulgaria, on the October 11 weekend.
The Grand Prix of Alpi del Mare in Busca, Italy, has been replaced by the Grand Prix Berloni Adriatico in Pesaro, Italy. The date of the October 25 weekend has remained the same.
The Catalan Grand Prix will happen in Salou, Spain. The date has been changed to the November 1 weekend.
